“Silk Road Wanderer | Expedition to Russia”

While everyone was still immersed in the warm, family‑filled atmosphere of the Spring Festival, two engineers from the Linuo Technology team had already packed their bags and boarded a flight to Russia. Their destination: the site of a major project under SIBUR. Their mission this time: to work on two sets… Zero Air Consumption Blower-Heated Regenerative Drying Equipment Provide final on-site commissioning services to ensure that equipment is put into operation smoothly and as early as possible.

Sibur As Russia’s largest petrochemical enterprise, its stringent criteria for selecting partners are well known throughout the industry. Being able to serve Sibur’s projects in itself is a testament to our technological prowess and product quality. Yet behind this recognition lies a heavy sense of responsibility.
The two zero-air-consumption blower-heating regeneration drying units undergoing commissioning this time are critical equipment for providing stable, deeply dried gas to the customer’s compressed air system. Particularly under Siberia’s frigid climatic conditions, the equipment’s stability and the precision of its control logic are put to a dual test.
Traveling thousands of miles is both a promise and a responsibility.
Post-holiday travel always carries a touch of homesickness, but for engineers, project demands are the call to action. Before they even have time to adjust for the jet lag, our engineers head straight to the site and immediately begin technical coordination with Sibur’s project team, diving right into the field work.

From unpacking and inspection of the equipment, through installation verification, to pipeline connection confirmation, electrical signal testing, and finally the debugging of the core PLC control program and optimization of process parameters, every step is rigorously carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Fine-tune and conduct meticulous trials—true excellence lies in the smallest details.

Our engineers conducted repeated calibrations using specialized instruments and, in light of the actual operating conditions on site, made fine‑tuned adjustments to parameters such as the valve operation sequence, the start‑and‑stop thresholds for the heaters, and the distribution of regeneration gas flow. Throughout the process, we also engaged in thorough discussions with the Russian operators regarding equipment characteristics and key points of daily maintenance, ensuring that they can skillfully operate this new set of equipment.

Successful delivery, earning high recognition from customers.
After several days of intense yet well‑organized work, the two sets of forced-air heated regenerative dryers have successfully completed their commissioning. All performance indicators exceed the design requirements, and the equipment has smoothly passed inspection by Sibur’s experts. The steady hum of the equipment and the stable operating parameters on the pipelines mark the official entry of this “Made in China” drying system into Sibur’s production line, where it will now assume a critical role.

Going beyond delivery—focusing on operations.
At Linuo, we never consider the factory delivery of equipment to be the end of service. On the contrary, it’s precisely when the equipment arrives at the customer’s site—and when our engineers, far from home, tighten the very first screw and press the start button—that our service truly enters its most critical phase.

Engineers shuttle between Russia’s early mornings and late evenings, switching between foreign languages and technical standards, and through their professionalism and dedication, they uphold the company’s mission to “devote ourselves to providing global users with integrated solutions for gas drying and purification, as well as customized high‑end equipment.”
