Project Matrix: Focusing on Needs, Empowering Multi-Scenario Applications
Carbon Capture and Storage Project (United States)
The device features an adsorption tower packed with ultra-efficient, specialized adsorbent materials. Flue gas containing carbon dioxide from power plants enters the tower, where the carbon dioxide is selectively captured. After high-temperature desorption and subsequent cooling, the highly concentrated carbon dioxide is recovered. The equipment is equipped with a steam generator, a flexible simulation testing interface, and high-precision instruments to meet the demands of advanced technology R&D. The entire unit is ASME- and UL-certified for export to the United States.

Biogas Pre-treatment Project (Russia)
This equipment was custom-designed for Russian landfills and covers the entire pre-treatment process, including biogas filtration, pressurization, dehydration, and purification. The equipment is housed in two standard 40-foot high-cube containers, meeting the operational requirements of Russia’s extremely cold climate and ensuring long-term compliance with the air intake specifications for gas generator sets. The design, which allows for the separation of the container’s bottom frame, effectively addresses stringent dimensional constraints.

Extra-large military-industrial project
Two large-scale drying systems serve military industrial facilities, each applied to simulation testing under multi-condition scenarios involving media prone to leakage and to pneumatic testing projects. Both systems feature complex operating conditions, including high air volumes, unstable operating states, and intermittent use. By adopting design approaches such as parallel operation switching between single-tower and multi-tower configurations, these systems ensure long-term, stable output of finished gas with low dew points. Furthermore, the equipment is custom-designed and assembled in modular skid-mounted units tailored to site-specific conditions.

Electrolysis-based Hydrogen Purification Project
This equipment uses a catalyst to promote the deoxygenation of oxygen-containing hydrogen gas at high temperatures. After deoxygenation, the gas undergoes deep adsorption dehydration, resulting in finished hydrogen with an oxygen content below 1 PPM and a water content below 1 PPM, achieving a hydrogen purity of 99.999%. The system is equipped with fully imported precision valves, instruments, and metering systems, enabling intelligent and precise control. A backend buffer system is integrated to ensure smooth regeneration of the system, making it well-suited for accommodating the fluctuating and intermittent nature of off-grid wind-powered hydrogen production.

Xinjiang Desert Oil Well Project
This natural gas molecular sieve dryer is used in desert regions characterized by severe water scarcity and extreme temperature fluctuations between morning and evening as well as across different seasons, placing stringent demands on the equipment’s design and operation. The device features a specially designed process flow and component structure to ensure deep drying of natural gas and stable low-dew-point output, fully capable of handling extremely high-temperature, water-deficient environments.

Recently, our company successfully designed and manufactured a natural gas molecular sieve dehydration unit for a customer in Tanzania. This equipment will be deployed at a local CNG fueling station to achieve deep dehydration and purification of compressed natural gas (CNG).
