The project is located in the Sahara Desert of Africa, with an ambient temperature of 50 ℃ throughout the year. The refrigeration system will be subjected to harsh testing, and the construction period conditions are demanding, making it difficult to execute. Another medium that coexists with natural gas and crude oil is usually bottom water and edge water, which exist in a storage system. During mining, the elastic energy of the water body drives water to enter the gas reservoir along the high permeability zone. Even with various drainage and gas extraction methods, it still cannot resist the collection area with high water content.

Therefore, natural gas drying and dehydration equipment has become extremely important. The natural gas temperature in the Algeria project is high, and the pressure even reaches negative pressure. The water content in it is beyond imagination. We ultimately chose a cryogenic drying and dehydration process. This process first uses ambient air to reduce the temperature of natural gas, and then uses refrigerant to exchange heat with natural gas. Under strict manufacturing requirements, the water content at the outlet of the device reaches the target, while greatly reducing energy consumption.
