Introduction to biogas dehydration pry
Biogas is a mixed gas produced by microbial fermentation of organic matter under anaerobic conditions. It belongs to the category of clean energy, but different purification treatments such as desulfurization, dehydration, dust removal, etc. are required for biogas during use depending on the process.
Hangzhou Linuo Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise specializing in the design and production of gas pretreatment equipment. With over 20 years of design and production experience, our products' performance is fully guaranteed.
As shown in the figure, the biogas dehydration and purification pry integrates pre filtration, condensation dehydration, pressurization, fine filtration, temperature regulation, automatic pressure regulation, flow monitoring, and biogas component analysis. The whole pry system is independent and complete, with automatic control and monitoring of temperature, pressure, flow and other data both locally and remotely. The electrical control protection level is IP54, and the allowable load fluctuation range is 0-100%, which meets the large load fluctuations during biogas operation and fully considers energy-saving design.
The biogas dehydration and purification pry adopts a reasonable layout structure, with a beautiful appearance and easy maintenance; Due to its inclusion of various functions for biogas purification, only flange connections for biogas inlet and outlet are reserved, which greatly shortens the construction period of biogas projects on site. The biogas purification pry block shown in the picture is the preferred choice for large and medium-sized biogas projects.
