The prospects and specific meanings of CCUS
In 2014, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) pointed out in its Fifth Assessment Report that CCUS is of great significance for global greenhouse gas emissions reduction, and efforts are being made to achieve the "450 Scenario" by 2100. The '450 scenario' aims to achieve a controlled warming of 2 ℃ (450ppmCO ₂ equivalent concentration) by 2100.
CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) refers to the process of separating and capturing CO ₂ from the emission source, utilizing or storing it to achieve CO ₂ reduction. The project covers fields such as power plants, natural gas processing, synthetic natural gas, fertilizer production, hydrogen production, coal to oil, chemical production, steel production, and oil refining. Future oriented CO2 dehydration device

The correct selection of gas dehydration process not only ensures the safe and stable operation of production equipment, but also maintains efficient and low consumption operation while ensuring the control of process indicators.
3. In terms of energy conservation, Linuo adopts a variable temperature and equal pressure method to implement self regeneration of the tower adsorbent. During the regeneration process, there is no emission of regenerated gas (carbon dioxide mixed gas), and the overall intelligent operation is provided. DCS remote monitoring data is also provided, which saves energy and human resources at the same time.
In addition, in order to further improve the drying effect of carbon dioxide gas, Lino chose to install a monitoring device at the carbon dioxide outlet to detect the moisture content in the carbon dioxide gas, which can clearly monitor the drying effect of the carbon dioxide gas and control the corresponding working environment parameters in the carbon dioxide dehydration device. In order to facilitate later maintenance and other operations, Linuo has installed control valves in the pipelines connecting various components, achieving the technical effect of segmented maintenance and convenient accident handling. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the adsorption tower and regeneration tower, Linuo has installed temperature and pressure detection devices outside the tower body, which can real-time detect the operating status of the adsorption tower and regeneration tower, ensuring the normal operation of the carbon dioxide dehydration device.
