• Anticorrosion Technology: Flow-through components are all made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with an automatic drainage system and flame arrester, which can withstand high humidity and high sulfur corrosive environments.
• Noise Reduction Design: The Roots blower is equipped with a shock-absorbing base and a silencer, and with variable frequency control technology, the noise level at 1.5 meters from the equipment is ≤80dBA.
• Environmental Adaptation: For a wide temperature range of -30℃~33℃, a containerized integrated insulation structure and an intelligent electric heating system are used to ensure stable operation of the equipment in extreme environments.
• Intelligent Control: Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, it supports remote start/stop, real-time monitoring of multiple key parameters (methane concentration, hydrogen sulfide content, pressure, temperature, etc.) and historical data storage, and is compatible with industrial internet platform access.
