In industrial flue gas treatment, high levels of saturated water vapor and trace corrosive species have long posed significant challenges to the stable operation of the system. High‑humidity flue gases readily cause condensation‑induced corrosion in piping and scaling that damages downstream equipment, thereby shortening the service life of the entire plant. To address this critical operational issue, our company has specially designed and developed a tailored dehumidification and drying solution for low‑pressure flue gas conditions, providing a reliable moisture‑removal and drying system for flue gas streams.

This equipment set can handle a gas flow rate of up to 1200 Nm³/h , designed to operate under flue gas conditions with an inlet pressure of 20 kPaG and an inlet temperature of 60°C, the treatment medium comprises a complex mixture including nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, as well as nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, particulate matter, and other components. The entire unit is constructed using materials that are fully compatible with flue gases. 304 stainless steel material The evaporator core, piping, flanges, and basket-type dust‑removal filters are all corrosion‑resistantly matched to withstand the corrosive trace constituents in the flue gas; a 30‑μm dust‑removal filter is also provided to perform concurrent gas‑dust pre‑treatment, thereby reducing impurity‑induced wear on the heat‑exchange unit.
The entire unit is designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, operating reliably across a wide ambient temperature range of –25°C to 40°C and achieving an ingress protection rating of at least IP55, thus meeting the requirements for open-air installation. Its structural integrity has been rigorously verified to endure the vibrations associated with long-distance transportation. Featuring an integrated skid-mounted design, it requires no dedicated foundation and can be put into service immediately upon on-site positioning, seamlessly accommodating the layout needs of integrated projects. The steel structure undergoes shot blasting to remove rust, significantly enhancing its corrosion resistance and weatherability in outdoor environments.

From corrosion‑resistant materials and operating principles to intelligent monitoring, the flue‑gas micro‑pressure dryer is precisely tailored to the complex conditions of micro‑pressure dehumidification in industrial flue gases, establishing a robust protective barrier for downstream flue‑gas purification systems and supporting stable, efficient, long‑term operation of industrial projects.
