Good news: Russian SIBUR PDH2 project pre audit experts visited our company to hold a pre audit meeting (PIM) and successfully concluded it
At the end of the Year of the Dragon, our company successfully won the bid for the drying and dehydration unit of the PDH2 project from the Russian petrochemical giant Sibur.
Sibur Group is a unique vertically integrated oil and gas chemical group, owning and managing the largest oil and gas processing business in Russia, and is a leader in the Russian petrochemical industry. The group has 26 production bases located in different regions of Russia, providing products for over 1,500 large demand customers in fuel power complexes, automotive industry, building materials, daily necessities, chemicals, and other industries.
This project is a globally leading petrochemical project. During the intense bidding competition, our company's business and technical teams promptly responded to multiple rounds of clarifications from the client and accepted the owner's stringent factory inspection procedures. We conducted a detailed review of the formal production processes, procurement SOPs, technical configurations, quality inspection, safety systems, and other aspects required to become a qualified supplier for Sibur Group, successfully passing and winning the bid for this project.
With the launch of the kick-off meeting (KOM), after a month and a half of close communication during the design phase, our company welcomed the pre-inspection meeting (PRE INSPECTION MEETING) experts from Sibur. Our PDH-2 dryer supply project team warmly received them and engaged in discussions and professional exchanges.
According to the agenda of the Sibur project PIM pre-inspection meeting, our company cooperated with Sibur's pre-inspection experts to conduct a comprehensive review of the details from the early project design phase, manufacturing standards, and relevant GOST certifications in Russia.
Our business team introduced the layout, development, and advantages of the company's overseas market, as well as our supply experience in some important leading projects in the Russian market. The project manager thoroughly explained the technical solutions for the Sibur PDH-2 project’s blower heating regeneration dryer, covering everything from overcoming key technical difficulties to the customized design of each component.
The pre-inspection experts communicated with our quality control department to gain a detailed understanding of our strict quality inspection processes and refined standards. They also discussed the ITP progress of the project, reviewed our QA system and NCR record management processes, and communicated the production schedule and the progress of technical document delivery to ensure that the project can be delivered on time as stipulated in the contract.
Subsequently, our project team took the pre-inspection experts from Sibur on a tour of the workshop, where they visually inspected details such as incoming inspection, NCR management records, assembly workshop, welding workshop, welding-related operational processes, and welds. They gained a comprehensive understanding of our equipment's production inspection, as well as the FAT acceptance, testing, packaging, and transportation details before the equipment leaves the factory. They also visited and learned about our upcoming shipment of 8000NM3 hydrogen purification equipment and six customized blower heating regeneration devices.
The pre-inspection experts from Sibur stated that our preparation for this pre-inspection meeting was meticulous, our response was quick, and we appropriately controlled the standards, rules, and timelines involved in the contract supply. They highly recognized our professionalism and strength. Our company also promised to advance the project with the highest standards, strictest requirements, and best services, ensuring timely delivery. We firmly believe that with the delivery of the first high-difficulty petrochemical project supply, we will open up potential cooperation with Sibur for subsequent related gas drying and purification projects. This pre-inspection meeting concluded successfully.
