In March 2025, a new energy-saving hydrogen three-tower purification device independently researched, designed, and manufactured by Hangzhou LINO, with a complete EU CE certification, was successfully delivered to the customer and completed on-site acceptance. This device passed the strict certification of TÜV SUD, and performed excellently in terms of performance, materials, precision, energy saving, and safety. It is customized for the new AEM hydrogen production scenario of European clients. The research and development and manufacturing of this hydrogen purification device is based on EU safety standards, covering PMA material certification, container and valve PED certification, CE welding process assessment, MD machinery directive, ATEX explosion-proof certification, pressure pipeline modeling and calculation, etc., and successfully obtained the complete machine CE certification. The equipment welding process has undergone 2000 hours of high-intensity inspection, fully meeting the requirements of material properties, structural strength, and welding quality, further ensuring the stability and safety of the purification device in dealing with complex working conditions. This "EU ID card", which took more than three months for the unconventional certification, is our quality passport for direct supply to the EU market.
This hydrogen three-tower purification device sold to the European market is deeply coupled with the new AEM hydrogen production technology, achieving a stable ultra-low pressure dew point of -70℃. By optimizing the internal structure and control process of the equipment, the dehydration efficiency is increased by 30%, and at the same time, the innovative three-tower waste heat recovery system can reduce the average energy consumption of the system by about 40%, truly achieving the dual goals of high efficiency and energy saving and green development.
